Arkansas: Franchise Tax Deadline Approaches
Every business incorporated in the state of Arkansas, whether domestic or foreign, is required to pay an annual tax on or before Monday, May 2-since the customary deadline of May 1 falls on a weekend.
Delaware: Alternative Entity Franchise Tax Deadline
All limited partnerships, limited liability companies and general partnerships formed in Delaware are required to pay an annual tax of $300 on or before June 1.
Louisiana: Changes to Franchise Tax
Effective March 10, 2016, as stated in Louisiana Act 12 – HB 19, limited liability companies are now taxed and treated as corporations for state income and franchise tax purposes.
