All corporate kits may be ordered for Not-for-Profits, Close Corporations, LLCs, LPs and Professional Corporations with corresponding minutes and bylaws. Corporate and Notary Seals Fold-away pocket seals or desk seals in either 1 5/8” or 2”. Ideal for carry or storing in limited space. Special pouch with gold foil imprint of corporate name for easy identification.

Standard Kit

This is our most popular corporate kit. It is ideal for long shelf life. Special 1 ¼” “D-Ring” with a 290 sheet capacity which allows sheets to lay flat. Corporate name hot-stamped on spine of binder. Available in Black, Tan, Red, Green, Black/Burgundy or Burgundy.

Heavy Duty Kit

This is a high quality, rugged and durable kit with metal hinges for additional strength. The round spine makes it easy to carry. The ring is 1¼” and the sheet capacity is 265 pages. The corporate name is gold-embossed on the spine. It is ideal for frequent users. The additional cost may be well worth it to your client. Available in Black, Red, Green, Burgundy or Brown.

Leather Kit

The most elegant of all our products, this kit is sure to impress your most demanding clients. The genuine leather binder and triple-post binding make this kit the ideal combination of quality, beauty, and effi ciency. 500 sheet capacity.

Custom Stock/Membership Certificates

Parasec provides lithographed Over-The-Counter and American Stock Exchange certificates. We can also customize most certificates to your requirements.
