Entity Document Retrieval
Parasec can retrieve many documents related
to business entities nationwide. These
documents include:
Certificate of Good Standing
(Certificate of Status) – A certificate
issued by the state reflecting that the
entity
in question is in good standing in that
state. May also be called a Legal Existence
in some states.
Certificate of NonFiling - A certificate
issued by the state reflecting that the
entity in question has not filed formation
documents in that state.
Certificate of Listing
- A certificate issued by the state listing
all filings
currently on record for that entity in
that state.
Certificate of Merger - A certificate
issued by the state reflecting that the
entity in question has filed merger documents
in that state.
Certificate of Dissolution – A
certificate issued by the state reflecting
that the
entity in question has filed dissolution
documents in that state.
Annual/Biennial Report – A
document that must be filed with the state,
either annually or biennially, listing
officers and directors, address of the
business office and the Registered Agent.
Copies can be obtained as either plain
or certified.
Formation Documents - The
documents filed with the Secretary of
State that, on filing,
creates a Corporation, LLC, LP or LLP. Copies
can be obtained as either plain or certified.
