Entity Formation Services

Parasec offers a number of ways to form Corporations and LLC’s.

Filing Only – You prepare and send us the formation documents and we will file them with the appropriate Secretary of State.

Fax and File - You prepare and fax us the formation documents. We will make the necessary copies, sign as Incorporator/Organizer, file the documents with the appropriate Secretary of State and send you a resignation by Incorporator/Organizer removing Parasec from the entity.

Type and File – You provide us with the entity name, Agent for Service of Process, and depending on the type of entity, information such as number of shares, par value etc. We will sign as Incorporator/Organizer, file the documents with the appropriate Secretary of State and send you a resignation by Incorporator/Organizer removing Parasec from the entity.

Name Reservations – Parasec can reserve your corporate/LLC name prior to formation to ensure the name is available when you are ready to file.

Corporate/LLC Kits & Supplies – When Parasec files your formation documents, we can provide a Standard, Standard Two Inch, Heavy Duty Corporate or Leather Kit, which includes a corporate/LLC seal, minute book and stock/membership certificates.
