Current Report

The Current Owner Report shows the current ownership of a piece of real property in addition to any open or outstanding Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Judgments, UCCs, Fixture Filings and other recorded documents. It also provides information on the status of the property tax for the real property as well as the property’s assessed value and land value.
