Chain of Title Reports: Historical/Environmental

Parasec provides Historical/Environmental Chain of Title Reports. These reports provide ownership or other specified chain information for a 50 year period on a specific piece of real property. The report is not as in-depth as a Phase I but clients often find they need this information but in a less comprehensive and less expensive format. If this is your situation, the Historical/Environmental Chain might be the answer.
