UCC Filing Services

UCC Filings – Parasec offers state and county level UCC filings in all 50 states. Most UCCs are now filed at the state level but fixture filings and mineral and timber filings continue to be filed at the county level.

Filing Services Include:

  • Type File & Track – Parasec types your UCCs. Typed documents are then faxed or emailed for your review and approval. Documents are filed in the indicated jurisdictions. UCCs are tracked and you will be notified six months prior to expiration.

  • Track Only – Send Parasec a copy of your filed UCCs. The UCCs will be tracked and you will be notified six months prior to expiration.

**Parasec will verify debtor name and domicile state for most entities to ensure that UCC filings are being filed according to the RA9 statutes.
