states. Most
UCCs are now filed at the state
level but fixture filings and mineral and
timber
filings continue to be filed at the county
level.
Filing Services Include:

types your UCCs. Typed documents are then
faxed
or emailed for your review and approval.
Documents are filed in the
indicated jurisdictions. UCCs are tracked
and you will be notified six months prior
to expiration.
