MARS Specialist
Department:Paracorp – Compliance/Registered Agent
Location: Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $26 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Role Description:
The MARs Specialist will manage annual report compliance tasks, process Annual Report filings, and handle Agent Resignation filings. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support to help clients meet their compliance obligations efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications
• Ability to process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
