Esmeralda is a support service associate who helps keep our daily operations running smoothly. She manages office-wide mail, sends and returns correspondence, delivers client filings, and retrieves documents from state offices. A true team player, she is always ready to step in and help solve problems, even repairing equipment when needed. Outside of work, Esmeralda loves live music and spends her free time attending concerts and music festivals.
