“I think my adaptability and passion for excellence have really helped me succeed in my role,” said Kaitlin, a junior account executive in our UCC department. Her sharp attention to detail is a key asset when processing filings and supporting clients. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys tending to her garden. “I make sure to go out and tell my garden how pretty it is at least twice a week—because everyone knows plants thrive when you talk to them,” she shared with a smile.
