The Rhode Island Secretary of State posted a reminder that LLC annual reports were due November 1. Failure to file before December 2 will result in a $25 late-filing penalty fee. The Rhode Island annual report filing period is now open. All LLCs, corporations & nonprofits registered w/ the RI Dept of State prior to 1/1/23 must file a 2023 annual report.
