We were recently informed that the Washington State Department of Licensing will be holding priority training on select days in the coming weeks, starting today. The UCC staff is scheduled to be out of the office on the dates listed below and as such will be unable to process UCC filings until the next business day. Statutorily, the office has two business days to process any filings or searches they receive and they are not expecting the training sessions to negatively impact their ability to process work within that time frame.
Monday, October 14th – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 17th – 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 22nd – 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
