The California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) has posted a list of domestic stock corporations currently facing administrative termination. The list can be found on the California Secretary of State’s website effective today (January 17, 2020). If these entities do not return to active status or file an objection with FTB, they will be administratively terminated (e.g. cancellation, dissolution, surrender) after 60 calendar days.
