We wanted to make our clients aware that due to a system-wide upgrade, the Nevada Secretary of State will not be able to process any business filings until the morning of Friday, July 19th—barring any unforeseen circumstances. That said, we have been informed that the processing of 1- and 2-hour expedites will be accepted for processing until 4pm today.
Once the state is able to begin processing again, filings will be completed in the order in which they have been received (with expedites being processed first). We have been assured that documents will receive the submission date as the file date despite the processing delays. If you have any Nevada filings that you need assistance with, please get them to us as soon as possible to ensure the earliest processing possible.
