Effective immediately, the Nevada Commercial Recordings Division has temporarily suspended all in-house expedite services due to COVID-19. At this time, filings are only available on a routine basis. The state expects to resume rush filings again in about 2 weeks; however, that timeline is subject to change. If documents are submitted on a rush filing basis, they will be processed in the order they are received once the state commences with rush filings again.
Routine filings are currently experiencing a 3- to 4-week turnaround. Please note that turnaround times are subject to change depending on the volume of documents submitted, as well as the number of staff available to process them.
